Run Nine: 9 Minutes Run, 2 Minutes Walk

The 'I am really in a terrible amount of pain' face...
Not even sorry about the shoes I decided to wear for the rest of the day.
Argh, this was a horrible horrible run, just horrible! 
I decided to do 9 minutes run to 2 minutes recovery time because I struggled so much to recover from Sundays run. 
We repeated this 6 times but I was in so much pain. I got a really terrible stitch through the second run and had to stop for a bit and take some deep breaths. I have never experienced stitch like that, it really knocked me for six at one point. At least my leg muscles weren't hurting as much today…

My next run will be on Friday instead of Thursday to give myself another day to recover. 
I will be attempting the dreaded 10 minutes to 2 minutes walk repeated 6 times!
