My First Run!

My first run in years...

My first run took place in Northamptonshire, at Stanwick Lakes. 
We did a 3 minute run with a 2 minute walk and we repeated this 6 times. 
I felt surprisingly happy with this and didn't feel too exhausted at the end which means I should be able to push myself a little harder when I run next. 

I am aiming to run at least three times a week, possibly two runs and a swim, and I will gradually increase the time I run to my resting time. My current aim is to increase my stamina and muscles up until Christmas and then start working on increasing my distance in the new year.
