Run Five: 7 minutes, 1 minute

Running with all the lovely dogs! 
Today was a bit of a struggle for me...
Running around beautiful Highgate!
Run Number Five! 

I don't know if it is because I swam on Tuesday instead of going running but this was a particularly challenging run! We did 7 minutes run, with a 1 minute walk and this was repeated 6 times. During the first 7 minutes my ankle gave way and I nearly fell over, I am not sure if this is because I was so tired or because I had weak ankles to begin with, I might try to do some sort of stretching in order to strengthen my ankles. The 9 Ways to Strengthen Your Ankles blog on Wikihow might be a good place to start. 

I am currently curled up on the sofa with a box of Tunnock's Tea Cakes…I don't know if I feel so good after todays run…

Sunday = 8 minute, 1 minute (x6)
