Run Fourteen: 20 minute non-stop running!

Jon and I decided to doing something a bit different with this run.
Rather than running for X time and having a rest for Y, we decided to start doing non-stop runs!
We did 20 minutes without stopping, this took us from our marker (a telephone box) to the entrance to Hampstead Heath and back again. We were pleasantly surprised at how good we felt after this and both agree we could have run a lot further. So we've upped our game, and the next run will be 30 minutes without stopping!
