Today we ran for 30 minutes without stopping! I know this doesn't sound like much but it was quite a big hurdle. Again, we felt really good when we stopped and felt as if we could push ourselves a lot further. We are hoping to do 35 minutes on Friday and if we still feel good then maybe 40 minutes on Sunday but we are playing it by ear.
The above image of Damian Lewis might seem a little out of place but we spotted this handsome chap when running around Hampstead Heath today. We have decided this is our best celebrity spot to date.
