Run Twenty-Four: Another 25 minutes

Friday 9th January

I had been at work all day so we decided to go for a run when I got home, another run in the dark. This was a little difficult than we expected as the wind in London seemed to get up to tornado levels. Our 25 minute run felt more like an hour long struggle against the wind and dodging all the rubbish that was flying around. We ran to Hampstead Heath but decided to dip in and out of the houses on the run back in a desperate attempt to shelter from the wind. It was extremely tough and definitely took its toll on our legs.

We decided we would get up early on Saturday and do the Park Run!
